BMW has invested significant resources in developing an online system to support the digital transformation of their business. This includes but not limited to membership privilege login area, a digital catalogue of cars, online warranty registration and dealer finder. As mobile traffic continues to increase, it has become imperative for BMW to extend these digital transformation principles to a mobile app.
We on-boarded them onto our mobile app cloud solution which is a cost-effective mobile app management system. The modular approached meant that the project team would be able to easily add newer models to the app without coding knowledge. The drag and drop feature on their backend also allowed them to add new modules when required. Coupled with the analytics and push notifications module, we were able to help the client produce a functional app for the prospects.
