Founded in 1865 to finance trade between Asia and the West, today HSBC is one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations serving around 38 million customers worldwide.


HSBC Commercial Banking department required an E-Learning solution that could engage new department hires and orientate them in the business and operations of the commercial banking department.


Conversion Hub developed an interactive flash learning platform that could operate independently from the existing HSBC IT infrastructure. This gave the HR team the flexibility they need to make rapid changes to the curriculum without the need for internal IT escalation. The interactive flash platform incorporated the latest web technologies like AJAX and interactive technology.
