Overview

The Indonesia Japan Expo 2008 is an annual learning forum for people from both countries. Nikkei Inc. chairman, Ryoki Sugita, shared that the aim of Indonesia Japan Expo 2008 is to reflect on the history of relations between Indonesia and Japan over the last five decades, promote mutual understanding and enhance friendship and cooperation between the two countries in the future.

Situation

Indonesia Japan Expo 2008 needed a strong brand to the milestone of mark the 50th years in bilateral ties.  Indonesia Japan Expo 2008 approached Conversion Hub to revamp their current website to be more modern and user friendly.

Solution

Conversion Hub proposed a new web design that incorporates the latest web technologies like AJAX and interactive technology. The site was powered by a backend content management system (CMS) and had a custom plugin that allows event filtering. Search engine optimization remained an important consideration and the team guided on the insertion of meta information for each page.
