We created a purposeful and functional design that allowed users to immediately understand what they can do with the mobile app and get straight to their business. On top of functional ease, we ensured that the design would be consistent with the startup’s vision and timeless yet modernWe created a merchant mobile app and backend system for them to manage their orders easily. This system had to provide ease of use because products can be complicated to create, and we don’t want them to experience any friction during order handling as that will affect the usage and dining experience of both the merchant and consumer.
