Sony Ericsson sought to increase awareness of its Ericsson C905 Cybershot through a Facebook Application. They wanted an application which could socially connect with their customers by allowing them to share and showcase their photos directly onto Facebook from their C905 Cybershot phone.
Built around the theme of “I Love Big Pictures”, Conversion Hub developed an application which allowed Sony Ericsson’s customers to share and showcase their photos taken with the 8.1-megapixel camera phone, C905 Cybershot phone.
The Facebook application allowed users to not only upload and share photos straight from their phone to their album on Facebook but also made use of the phone’s geotagging feature to auto-detect the user’s geographical location and locate it on Google Maps for them.
