Conversion Hub created an extremely vibrant community with over 5000 discussion threads using contests and custom applications. This allowed us to create a social community and to engage fans & users in a regularly. We also incorporated polls, videos and promotions directly onto their Facebook Page and sustained a very active Wall through constant conversations and social dialogue. Product awareness and activations were driven with limited-time offers and coupons such as our “Battle Station Archive Contest” and “Ocho Christmas Special” which saw thousands of entries pouring in. “On average, people who “liked” the page spent roughly the same dollar amount per visit yet they have a marked increase in the number of store visits per month. They were also more active word-of-mouth marketers, with an average Net Promoter Score of 80” Relevancy of updates was maintained by using the targeting capability on our fan message and Wall posts. Creative assets and branding from the game were also tied directly to the Facebook page to provide a consistent brand experience.
